Bouncy Course

Morgan Cook (left), a 19-year-old UF political science freshman, and Glenn Garron, a 20-year-old UF applied physiology and kinesiology sophomore, run through the inflatable obstacle course at the Plaza of the Americas Friday afternoon. The obstacle course was part of the Chomp Cancer Carnival put on by Friends for Life to support efforts to combat pediatric cancer.

The event was a way for SG to hear students' opinions and answer their questions.

Out for a Drive

Barbara Revaz and Willard Revaz of Oxford, Connecticut, drive their vintage car as part of the the vintage car winter tour that visited Gainesville in the parking lot near the Florida Museum of Natural History on Monday afternoon. Willard said the tour began Sunday and will run until Thursday.

Students tear down the 364-brick wall filled with negative words, stereotypes and insults at the Plaza of the Americas Friday afternoon. The 13th annual Writing on the Wall Project was hosted by the Inter-Residence Hall Association.
