Santa Fe College hosts Roots and Herbs Festival to communicate origins of food

The festival was hosted by the Florida Heritage Foods Initiative, a Santa Fe College program that focuses on connecting history and culture to food. The event, hosted at Haile’s Farmers Market, drew hundreds Saturday morning.

Josh Peck speaks at UF before International Holocaust Remembrance Day

The 36-year-old actor and comedian, most notably known for his role in the Nickelodeon sitcom “Drake and Josh,” spoke to a crowd of hundreds Wednesday night at the University Auditorium. Peck’s conversation highlighted his career and experiences with antisemitism, body image issues and mental health.
