Corrections

An article in Thursday's Alligator incorrectly reported that profits from the Florida Museum of Natural History's Butterfly Plant Sale totaled $30,000 in 2008 and $120,000 so far in 2011. The 2008 amount reflects gross sales, not profits, and the 2011 figure is a projection for this year's gross sales.

Gators ride Bush, Rogers to win on Day 1 of WCWS

OKLAHOMA CITY — Missouri's Chelsea Thomas let go of a 2-2 pitch to Megan Bush and, within seconds, the ball clanked off the left-field bleachers at ASA Hall of Fame Stadium. For a pitcher who has been one of college softball's best all season, the homer was a mind-numbing mistake in her worst start of the year.
