Percy Harvin hasn't escaped the injury bug just yet. The junior playmaker sat out his second consecutive practice Tuesday with a nagging ankle injury but is expected to resume workouts today and is expected to be ready for Saturday's matchup with LSU.

Harvin has gained 461 yards of total offense this season.

Emmanuel Moody also did not practice Tuesday and is expected to miss his second consecutive day.

"I don't think so," said Coach Urban Meyer when asked if Moody would play. "I think he'll be fine after the bye (week after LSU)."

Offensive lineman Jim Tartt appears to be on the comeback trail once again after participating in the majority of Tuesday's session.

"Jim Tartt is looking pretty good," Meyer said. "He did everything but full contact."

Kestahn Moore's status is still uncertain for this weekend.

FIGHTING WORDS: This weekend's matchup between UF and LSU just got a bit more interesting. Tigers defensive lineman Ricky Jean-Francois said Tuesday that his defense would try to take QB Tim Tebow out of the game if given an opportunity.

Tebow isn't making much of Jean-Francois' big words, though.

"Me, being a competitor, I didn't take it the same way other people took it," the reigning Heisman Trophy winner said. "You try to use everything as motivation, but I don't think he really meant anything."

Florida State linebacker Geno Hayes was the last player to call out Tebow, who responded with three touchdown passes.

TEBOW AND MILES: Tebow and LSU Coach Les Miles have a relationship that dates back to when Tebow was being recruited by Miles and the Tigers.

The pair has maintained a lot of respect over the years, and Miles has been very complimentary of Tebow as he collected multiple awards following his stellar 2007 season.

"That's why I looked at them so hard," Tebow said. "He's congratulated me on everything that happened last year and I did the same for him. That does mean a lot from a coach like him."
