Choosing to “Unite” the Student Body was an easy decision for me.
I saw a need for improvements on campus, and I knew the best and most effective way to do that was to support the Unite Party. It has a very diverse membership of students. This allows us to consult students from almost every major and student organization on campus. By doing so, Unite Party members are able to get a very precise prediction of the Student Body’s opinions and beliefs on important issues. Furthermore, our diverse background allows us to see issues from all sides of the spectrum. This allows us to focus our efforts on the most pertinent topics and consequently determine the best direction for UF and its students.
As a Unite Party member, I envision a university where a unified Student Body can overcome any obstacles in its way.
As John Dickinson once said, “United we stand, divided we fall.” This can apply directly to the university. We can accomplish anything with a united Student Body. This includes defeating block tuition and overcoming other problems currently affecting our university.
On top of that, the candidates for the Unite Party are very qualified individuals who have enormous amounts of experience in the UF Student Government.
This experience will allow them to steer our university in the best direction possible. As a student at the University of Florida, I am proud to say I support the Unite Party.
