The alligatorSports panel of voters release its most recent rankings from the Heisman Trophy.
This week Alabama running back Mark Ingram leaps into the Top 5 to the No. 1 spot.
Remaining in the two hole is Notre Dame quarterback Jimmy Clausen.
After a week out of the top 5, Boise State quarterback Kellen Moore is back in the rankings at No. 3.
Oregon State running back Jacquizz Rodgers moves up one spot to No. 4 despite a week off.
Florida quarterback Tim Tebow is the only preseason Heisman favorite still in our rankings but is barely hanging on in the fifth spot.
Dropping from our rankings are Texas quarterback Colt McCoy, who was unable to stay in the poll after another poor statistical game, and Cincinnati quarterback Tony Pike, who dropped out probably because of an injury that knocked him out of his last game.
