Dr. Conrad Murray, the doctor charged in the death of Michael Jackson, showed no emotion as a California jury found him guilty of involuntary manslaughter Monday afternoon, according to CNN.

Jackson's fans emotionally erupted outside of the Los Angeles courthouse. La Toya Jackson, the King of Pop's sister, let out a short scream when the verdict was read.

Sentencing is set for Nov. 29. Murray is facing up to four years in prison.

The pop icon's death was ruled to be "acute propofol intoxication" in combination with two sedatives by the Los Angeles County coroner.

The jury deliberated for nine hours. As soon as the verdict was released, #DoctorsBetterThanConradMurray instantly became a trending Twitter topic.

Popular doctors that made the cut included Dr. Pepper, Dr. Seuss, Dr. Dre and Dr. Scholls.
