I'd just like to respond to the letter to the editor written in Tuesday's edition of the Alligator by Alyssa Lai.
Yes, Lai, expired free food is better than no food at all. I applaud the effort of giving food away in order to bless broke college students instead of just letting it go to waste. If you're that offended, please leave it for the people who will appreciate it.
