Kenny Boynton, one of the nation's top prospects in the class of 2009, announced his commitment to UF on ESPNU today.
The 6-foot-2 guard was ranked No. 8 overall on Scout.com's top recruits list. Boynton averaged 34.5 points per game as a junior at Plantation American Heritage, the same school Gators freshman forward Eloy Vargas attended.
"I took numerous visits to all the schools, and on my Florida visit, I was very comfortable," Boynton said on ESPNU.
