I truly don't understand what the uproar from the student body is all about in regard to the lawsuit against Einstein's Notes.
I am a student in professor Moulton's class, and I witnessed the class size go from about 500 students to a mere 30 or so students that now regularly attend. It is not a difficult class, and all that would be required to make an 'A' on every exam is to pay minimal attention to his lectures, as the exams are all done at home.
It is not a case of students having trouble learning difficult material and needing supplements, but rather a case of students being too lazy to just go to the classes held only twice a week.
It's a shame that students will revolt against a professor that truly cares enough about his students to simply want them to attend class and thus benefit from the course by actually learning the material.
