My mom is a dean at a university, so I have been lucky enough to score a peek into the world most students never know about.
My mom has given countless presentations to teachers explaining the importance of student evaluations and how they can learn and improve from them. She has also fired teachers with overwhelmingly negative and unimproving evaluations.
So don’t ignorantly assume that your voice isn’t heard just because you’re not on the receiving end.
