Jay's Bridal will host The Real Gainesville Wedding Expo Sunday at the Phillips Center for the Performing Arts.
The expo will be held from noon to 5 p.m. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for children 12 and under, and free for children 2 and under. The semiannual expo gives brides a start on their wedding preparations.
Attendees can meet multiple vendors, sample wedding cakes and desserts and talk with wedding photographers and florists.
"Sometimes brides don't know what they need until they go to an expo like this," said Joann Ocampo, the sales manager of Jay's Bridal.
The expo will feature more than 50 local wedding-related vendors. Each will have a booth set up for participants to visit and ask questions, Ocampo said.
