Monday's Alligator quoted men's basketball coach Billy Donovan commenting on his team's loss to Alabama: "These guys may need to be totally humbled in a way."
Well, not just the team.
"These guys" weren't the ones who bought the 2006 NCAA Final Tournament floor as a trophy and had it installed in the O'Dome. "These guys" weren't the ones who said they'd have lunch with anybody who would pay $1 million for the privilege.
Maybe the way to teach humility is by showing some.
