Representatives from the DeLuna Festival will be at UF today for exclusive giveaways and student ticket offers for this year's concert, which is Oct. 14 - Oct. 16.
The DeLuna Festival is an annual three-day concert held on Pensacola Beach, Fla. This year's headliners include artists such as Linkin Park, Weezer, The Shins and Manchester Orchestra.
Representatives will be on campus from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. handing out promotional items including koozies and posters, as well as 20 percent promo cards that can be used to purchase discounted weekend passes to the event.
Representatives will also be at the Florida Bookstore selling tickets from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. to all middle school, high school and college students for a flat rate of $105, which is half off the current ticket price. There are only 100 tickets being sold at that price, and they will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Only cash will be accepted, and students must have a valid student ID present at the time of purchase.
