Ingredients:

1 cup of frozen mixed berries

1 cup of yogurt

1 banana

4 strawberries, sliced

1/2 cup apple or pomegranate juice or skim milk

1/4 cup granola

honey to taste

handful of ice

Directions:

1. Dump the ice, yogurt and frozen berries into the blender and blend on high until ice chunks are broken up. Add juice or milk as needed to blend, stopping to stir occasionally.

2. Add half of the banana and blend until smooth. The smoothie should have a thick consistency.

3. Pour smoothie into a bowl and add the other half of the banana (sliced), sliced strawberries and granola. Drizzle with honey and serve.
