The Gainesville Police Department is searching for a man suspected of grand theft by stealing money a customer left in a Campus USA Credit Union dispensing tube.
The incident occurred Oct. 1 between 12:22 and 12:26 p.m. when a person left money and a driver's license in the tube at Campus USA, according to a GPD news release.
The bank is located at 1900 SW 34th St.
Police have no information on the suspect but do have images of his face and of a vehicle he was driving, said Cpl. Angelina Valuri, GPD public information officer.
Anyone with information on the suspect's identity can notify Detective R. Roberts, according to the news release.
