Sixty-four people were either arrested or ejected from the UF vs. University of Missouri Homecoming football game Saturday night — about half the number from the last home game against Louisiana State University on Oct. 11.
Of the 55 who were ejected at the game, 15 were UF students. Twenty-five ejections were for possession of alcohol, along with 11 for intoxication, eight for disorderly conduct, four for ticket switching, three for not having a ticket, two for sitting in the wrong section and two for standing in the aisle.
Nine arrests were made — the same as this season’s LSU game, which had the most arrests since the UF vs. University of South Carolina home game on Oct. 20, 2012. Two arrests from Saturday’s game were UF students.
Of the nine arrests, four were for resisting without violence, three were for trespassing after warning and two were for disorderly conduct.
There were 46 more arrests and ejections made Saturday than the last time UF played the University of Missouri on Nov. 3, 2012. During that game, there were 18 ejections, eight of which were UF students. There were no arrests — only civil citations for people in possession of alcohol.
