The Florida Gators (7-5, 4-4 SEC) and the Tulane Green Wave (9-4, 7-1 AAC) will square off in the 2024 Gasparilla Bowl on Dec. 20 at 3:30 p.m. at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa.
This will be the 22nd matchup between the two programs, with the Gators leading the all-time series 13-6-2.
UF finds itself in the Gasparilla Bowl for the second time in three seasons following a 29-17 loss to the UCF Knights in 2021.
This season marked the second time in Billy Napier’s tenure with the Gators that UF was eligible for a bowl game. Florida will now look to snap a three-game bowl losing streak that dates back to the 2020 Cotton Bowl, where the Gators fell to Oklahoma under former UF head coach Dan Mullen.
