UF student announced cancer free months after rare diagnosis

After four cycles of chemotherapy, Hinterleiter learned Monday he is now cancer free. He said if he could go back to the day he was diagnosed and tell himself something, he would assure himself that he’s going to be OK, and it’ll all be easier than he thinks. Courtesy to The Alligator

An MSD victim works toward recovery at UF

Elizabeth Stout was learning AP Psychology when a gunman shot through the window, killing her classmate and wounding others.  As a Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School alumna and UF freshman, Stout is grappling with PTSD.  “I think about the shooting every day," she said.
