Unveiled on Wednesday, June 21, 2024, the Waldo Remembrance quilt hangs at the entrance of the Alachua County Library District Waldo Branch to remind visitors of Alachua County’s history of racial violence.

Nathan Cooper is a second-year media production, management, and technology major and a summer 2024 photographer. This is his first semester working with The Alligator. In his free time he enjoys hanging out with friends, listening to music, and watching sports.
