Justin Ramer was arrested Friday on charges of strangling two women who both identified as his girlfriends as part of a “throuple,” or a polyamorous relationship.
The first victim complained to Ramer because his alarm woke her up, upon which he “lost his temper and was yelling and breaking things,” according to the arrest report.
Ramer then tried getting into the shower. The first victim tried to stop him, as the shower was allegedly broken and would flood if turned on. According to the arrest report, Ramer then began hitting both victims and held both of them down on the floor, choking them, police wrote.
The first victim’s injuries included scrapes on her face, neck and shoulders, according to the report. The second victim told police she defended herself by scratching at Ramer. Her injuries included a busted lip, black eye and scrapes on her back.
The second victim has a 7-month-old child with Ramer who was in the house sleeping during the event.
After the first victim called 911, Ramer reportedly ran off, but was found and arrested on the road outside of their home.
Ramer claimed the women were angry about his alarm going off, and they attacked him. He denied harming them and claimed he pushed them away in self-defense.
