No. 9 Florida lacrosse (14-2) took down the Cincinnati Bearcats (10-6) 18-6 Saturday afternoon.
The Gators dominated the Bearcats from start to finish of the game.
Florida outscored Cincinnati 14-4 in the first two quarters. Ten Gators scored in the matchup and three Gators recorded hat tricks.
Senior attacker Maggi Hall recorded a first-half hat trick after scoring twice in the first quarter and once in the second. She finished the game with three goals and three assists.
Senior attackers Ashley Gonzalez scored twice in the second quarter and once in the third, while Danielle Pavinelli scored in each of the first three quarters.
Cincinnati senior midfielder Lindsey Durkota was the only player on the Bearcats to record a hat trick. She scored twice in the first quarter and once in the second.
Florida senior attacker Liz Harrison had 14 draw controls.
Gators redshirt sophomore goalkeeper Elyse Finnelle posted a save percentage of .700 after facing 20 shots on goal.
Florida finished the game with 31 shots and 18 draw controls.
Next, the Gators host Temple University for the last game of their regular season at the Donald R. Dizney Stadium at noon on April 27. The game can be streamed on ESPN +.
