UF Health reported zero positive cases out of 532 tests from June 14 to June 20.
The campus has maintained a 0% seven-day average positivity rate since Wednesday, with the weekly testing average declining by 7% since the second week of June.
Thirty-seven students and 17 employees are quarantined or in isolation as of Tuesday. The numbers decreased by eight students and two employees since June 15.
As of Tuesday, the total number of positive cases since March 2020 reached 10,068. Of these cases, 7,122 were students, 1,553 were employees and 1,393 were UF affiliates.
Between 70% and 80% of UF students have received a COVID-19 vaccine, according to a UF Health estimate in May. Over 60,0000 vaccines have been administered across UF’s vaccination sites, UF Health President David Nelson said.
The official Alachua County Facebook page reported 134,920 people vaccinated and 25,358 total cases on Friday.
The number of positive cases increased by 65 people and vaccinations by 1,440 people since June 11.
Alachua County reported 285 total deaths since the beginning of the pandemic on June 3.
The Florida Department of Health will no longer release death statistics.
