The Gators’ game versus Kennesaw State scheduled for Feb. 23 was postponed due to COVID-19 cases.
Despite cases within the Owls’ program, Florida and Kennesaw State plan to reschedule the match. It’s unclear if it will take place in Kennesaw, Georgia, as initially planned.
UF defeated KSU 21-6 during the brief 2020 season. This rescheduled game would be the second matchup in program history.
Florida came off a 14-7 victory against Louisville in its season opener Feb. 13. The offensive-powered team hopes to carry its momentum throughout the season.
No. 8 Florida is set to face No. 1 North Carolina Friday in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. The game is scheduled to start at noon and will stream on ACC Network Network and ESPN+.
