Armed robbery at Drummond bank, suspect not found

University Police reported an armed robbery at Drummond bank, but the suspect hasn’t been caught as of Thursday morning.

At about 8 a.m., UPD sent a timely alert which said the robbery occurred at a bank on the 3430 block of West University Avenue. Police said the suspect was not found about an hour later.

The suspect is described as a slim, black man, about 5 feet  6 inches to 5 feet 9 inches tall, in his mid-20s wearing a tracksuit, hoodie and black T-shirt wrapped around his head, according to the alert.
