Coach Dan Mullen and the Gators will hold open practices on Friday and Saturday afternoon. 

Dan Mullen and the Florida Gators football team are looking to kick off its 2019 recruiting class during the first day of the early signing period.

This live blog will be updated throughout the morning and afternoon to bring you the latest coverage of the early signing period.

7:08 a.m. - Michael Tarquin, a four-star offensive tackle from North Marion High School in Citra, Florida, signs with the Gators. He is ranked as the 241st best overall player and the 24th best offensive tackle in the country, according to 247Sports. Tarquin originally committed to Florida on Dec. 3.

7:15 a.m. - Jalon Jones, a four-star quarterback from Henrico High School in Richmond, Virginia, signs with the Gators. He is ranked as the 11th best dual-threat quarterback in the country, according to 247Sports. Jones originally committed to Florida on April 7.

7:18 a.m. - Trent Whittemore, a three-star safety/wide receiver from F. W. Buchholz High School in Gainesville, signs with the Gators. He is ranked as the 65th best safety in the country, according to 247Sports. Whittemore originally committed to Florida on May 28.

7:23 a.m. - Ja'markis Weston, a three-star wide receiver from Clewiston High School in Clewiston, Florida, signs with the Gators. He is ranked as the 72nd best receiver in the country, according to 247Sports. He originally committed to Florida on July 28, 2017.

7:30 a.m. - Riley Simonds, a three-star guard from Buford High School in Buford, Georgia, signs with the Gators. He is ranked as the 29th best guard in the country, according to 247Sports. Simonds originally committed to Florida on June 20.

7:33 a.m. - Dionte Marks, a three-star wide receiver from Deland High School in Deland, Florida, signs with the Gators. He is ranked as the 105th best wide receiver in the country, according to 247Sports. Marks originally committed to Florida on Feb. 24.

7:38 a.m. - Kingsley Eguakun, a three-star guard from Sandalwood High School in Jacksonville. He is ranked as the 41st best guard in the country, according to 247Sports. Eguakun originally committed to Florida on Dec. 2.

7:42 a.m. - Tyron Hopper, a four-star linebacker from Roswell High School in Roswell, Georgia, signs with the Gators. He is ranked as the 151st best overall player and the seventh best linebacker in the country, according to 247Sports. Hopper originally committed to Florida on April 26.

7:47 a.m. - Will Harrod, a four-star offensive tackle from National Christian Academy in Fort Washington, Maryland, signs with the Gators. He is ranked as the 27th best offensive tackle in the country, according to 247Sports. Harrod originally committed to Florida on Sep. 3.

7:58 a.m. - Jesiah Pierre, a three-star outside linebacker from Mount Dora Christian Academy in Mount Dora, Florida, signs with the Gators. He is ranked as the 43rd best outside linebacker in the country, according to 247Sports. Pierre originally committed to Florida on July 1.

8:15 a.m. - Wardrick Wilson, a four-star guard from Miami Carol City High School in Opa Locka, Florida, signs with the Gators. He is ranked as the 20th best guard in the country, according to 247Sports. Wilson originally committed to Florida on July 21, 2017.

8:23 a.m. - Chester Kimbrough, a three-star corner from Warren Easton High School in New Orleans, Louisiana, signed with the Gators. He’s the nation’s 47th-best corner and 446th-overall player according to 247Sports. Kimbrough originally committed to UF on Aug. 13.

8:36 a.m. - Jaydon Hill, a four-star corner from Bob Jones High School in Madison, Alabama, signed with the Gators. He’s the nation’s 29th-best corner and 276th-overall player according to 247Sports. Hill originally committed to Florida on Sept. 6.

9:06 a.m. - Nay’Quan Wright, a four-star running back from Miami Carol City High School in Opa Locka, Florida, signed with the Gators. He’s the nation’s 15th-best running back and 264th-overall player according to 247Sports. Wright originally committed to Florida on Nov. 24.

9:31 a.m. - Mohamoud Diabate, a four-star outside linebacker from Auburn High School in Auburn, Alabama, signed with the Gators. He’s the No. 8 outside linebacker in the country and 167th overall player according to 247Sports. Diabate originally committed to Florida on Aug. 22.

10:11 a.m. - Ethan White, a three-star offensive tackle from Clearwater High School in Clearwater, Florida, signed with the Gators. He’s the nation’s 48th-ranked tackle and 77th-best player in the state of Florida, according to 247Sports. White originally committed to Florida on March 23.

11:06 a.m. - Jaelin Humphries, a four-star defensive tackle from Mountain View High School in Lawrenceville, Georgia, signed with the Gators. He's the nation's 17th-ranked defensive tackle and 30th-best player in the state of Georgia, according to 247Sports. Humphries originally committed to Florida on June 5.

11:37 a.m. - Deyavie Hammond, a four-star offensive guard from Lakeland High School in Lakeland, Florida, signed with the Gators. He’s the nation’s 12th-best offensive guard and the 174th overall player, according to 247Sports. Hammond had not previously committed to Florida.

11:41 a.m. - Lloyd Summerall, a four-star tight end from Lakeland High School in Lakeland, Florida, signed with the Gators. He’s the nation’s 15th-best weak-side defensive end and 237th-overall player according to 247Sports. Summerall had not previously committed to Florida.

11:48 a.m. - Keon Zipperer, a four-star tight end from Lakeland High School in Lakeland, Florida, signed with the Gators. He’s the nation’s 136th best overall player and the fourth best tight end in the country. Zipperer had not previously committed to Florida.
