A Tampa man and woman were found with fraudulent credit cards and copies of driver’s licenses not belonging to them in their car Wednesday, Florida Highway Patrol said.

At about 4:15 p.m., Raskima Akeema Cortez, 28, was driving a white Ford Edge on Interstate 75 at the intersection of U.S. Route 441, with Tony Devon Wingfield, 36, when they were pulled over for speeding, according to an FHP arrest report.

Troopers smelled marijuana and searched the car, finding three bags of weed weighing a total of 16 grams, according to the report. Elsewhere in the car, troopers found 15 fraudulent credit cards.
FHP also found a laptop, credit card encoder and three copies of Florida driver’s licenses and social security numbers not belonging to Cortez or Wingfield, according to the report.
Troopers arrested Cortez on several charges, including fraud and forgery. They arrested Wingfield on charges of fraud, forgery and marijuana possession, among others.
Authorities took them to the Alachua County Jail, where they remain as of press time. Cortez is being held on $200,000 bond. Wingfield is being held on $500,000 bond.
