Apparently, the band’s manager said it was too late for Los Angeles band FIDLAR to give us a phone interview, but "F--- It Dog, Life’s a Risk." That’s what their name stands for.
Maybe this week’s Jimmy Kimmel appearance tied them up too much, said Pat Lavery, exclusive promoter for High Dive.
Regardless, you can catch the garage-punk band live on Saturday.

Tired of hitting up Midtown every weekend?
The Newberry Cornfield Maze 2015 will continue to run Friday through Sunday throughout the month of October. Adult tickets can be purchased for $10, tickets for children 10 years old and under can be purchased for $8 and additional hayrides are $5.
The haunted corn maze and haunted house open at dusk, and according to the company’s website, you should only "enter if you dare."

Student Government Productions and the Hispanic Student Association are celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month 2015 the best way they know how – by offering students a free concert with rapper Fat Joe and Dominican-American musical group Fulanito on Friday.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m., so if you’re looking for a pre-fiesta before hitting up Midtown, this event is for you.
