Florida coach Jim McElwain speaks about UF's 2015 recruiting class during a press conference on Feb. 4 in Ben Hill Griffin Stadium.

Defensive end Jonathan Bullard, defensive back Vernon Hargreaves and wide receiver Brandon Powell will represent Florida at the Southeastern Conference Football Media Days, the school announced Wednesday.

All three will join head coach Jim McElwain in Hoover, Alabama, on Monday, where they will participate in a day of interviews.

McElwain’s press conference is scheduled for 3:30 p.m.

The event will last from Monday to Thursday and will feature all 14 SEC head coaches, along with three players from each team. The SEC Network will televise the entire week of events.

Hargreaves, a junior, was at the event in 2014, along with former quarterback Jeff Driskel and former defensive end Dante Fowler Jr.

The unanimous First Team All-SEC defensive back recorded 50 total tackles, three interceptions and ranked first in the SEC in pass breakups with 13 last season.

Bullard and Powell are making their debut at Media Days.

Bullard, a senior, finished the 2014 season with 52 tackles and 8.5 tackles for loss while starting all 12 games.

Powell, who played a mixture of running back and wide receiver in 2014, had 16 carries for 70 yards and a rushing touchdown while making 15 receptions for 147 yards and one receiving touchdown.

He is one of just four sophomores to appear at the event.
