Each student will spend approximately $2,082 in fees over his or her four years here funding Student Government.
Yet most of us are not being adequately represented, and our voices are not being heard on how that money should be spent.
Wasteful programs run abound in the budget every year, and we need a strong opposition to keep the majority party in check. Students Party candidates want to fairly represent you, the student. They are not beholden to any organization and its interests.
As senators, they will vote objectively on bills being considered, not how they’re told.
My fellow students, it is time we take our campus back.
Each vote will make a difference in this crucial election, one that may be our last chance to prevent total one-party domination.
I ask you to vote Students Party, for the sake of our school.
