Florida has landed its third verbal commitment for the 2015 class, as three-star offensive tackle Tyler Jordan announced Saturday afternoon that he was committing to the Gators. The commitment comes during his visit to Gainesville this weekend.
Jordan is from Bishop Kenny High School in Jacksonville. Jordan, if he stays committed through National Signing Day next year, will continue to provide more depth for the Gators, which added six offensive linemen with their 2014 recruiting class. Florida returns just five offensive linemen with starting experience.
Jordan’s commitment brings the commit list to three as wide receiver Deondre Farrier out of Lake Nona High School in Orlando committed Friday and safety Deontai Williams from Trinity committed last month.
