The 400-acre Coon Hollo Farm has transformed for a month-long fall festival with a corn maze and other seasonally themed activities.
Events will run until Nov. 3 and are open to the public Friday through Sunday. General admission tickets are $8.
The farm, located at 22480 N. Highway 441, usually receives about 10,000 visitors each year.
Other activities at the farm include pasture putt-putt, corn-hole board games, carnival games and a pumpkin patch.
Amy Perryman, owner of Coon Hollo, said her original goal was to transform the family farm into a community-oriented agricultural environment.
“It’s a family event for everyone to come and spend quality time together,” she said.
F.W. Buchholz High School social studies teacher Kirsten Flamand heard about the event this year and brought her two grandchildren on Friday.
“They said every year it gets more and more lively and fun,” she said.
Other local corn mazes include the Florida Corn Maze at 3831 NW 156th Ave., and the “haunted” Newberry Cornfield Maze at 20015 W. Newberry Road.
