Freshman Tyler Dwyer doesn’t have to feel guilty about spending money on his usual beef and rice burrito at Moe’s Southwest Grill anymore.

With the start of a new semester, Moe’s and Chomp It have been added to the Gator Dining meal plan.

The two restaurants in the Racquet Club Dining Center were added to provide meal plan destinations close to the Murphree Area, marketing program manager for Gator Dining Services Jill Rodriguez wrote in an email.

Rodriguez said this was a good thing for students because it has increased the number of restaurants that accept meal plan dollars to eight.

Dwyer agrees.

“I’m happy about it because it gives me more options that are basically free to eat,” said the 18-year-old international studies student.

Other changes to Gator Dining include renovating the Fresh Food Company and adding a Provisions on Demand Market to the Rawlings bus stop after Spring Break.
