Gatorship, a program of UF's Multicultural and Diversity Affairs, will host a forum discussing the relationship between cultural identity and campus involvement today at 6 p.m. in the Graham Gallery.

"Out of the Box: Cultural Freedom and Limits" aims to encourage UF students to step outside their cultural boundaries, said Breanne Palmer, 20, Gatorship co-assistant director of educational development.

The forum will feature a panel of three students: Matt Davidson, Soma Nwokolo and Xavier Suarez, who will talk about their cultural experiences at UF.

"I will be speaking on my past and current involvement in organizations that someone who looks like me wouldn't get involved in," said Davidson, 21.
