Over the weekend, three Florida track and field athletes were selected onto Team USA after strong performances at the USA Track and Field Championships in Eugene, Ore.
Junior jumpers Will Claye and Christian Taylor, as well as sprinter Tony McQuay will don the red, white and blue during the IAAF World Championships from Aug. 27-Sept. 4 in Daegu, South Korea.
Additionally, two freshmen, Eddie Lovett and Cory McGee, won national titles at the USA Junior Championships to end their season.
