The next face of the student body?
The next face of the student body?

Unite Party’s Ben Meyers and Progress Party’s Dave Schneider face off to be UF’s next Student Body president in the Student Government elections Tuesday and Wednesday.

FUN FACTS ABOUT THE CANDIDATES:

- Both Meyers and Schneider have the same birthday: April 5, 1990. This is also the same birthday as former Student Body President Jordan Johnson and Schneider’s father.

- Meyers and Schneider were almost each other’s first opponents their freshman year in fall 2008 for the Rawlings Hall Senate seat. Meyers wasn’t slated and Schneider won the seat.

- Both have one 17-year-old sister.

- Schneider has been told he makes a mean curry, though he says he “isn’t a chef by any means.”

- Meyers is a fan of “That’s what she said” jokes and makes them often.
