Sean Saley is just as comfortable with a guitar in his hand as he is diving into a pool. While training during his first year on UF’s diving team, Saley plays in the band Half Track, which is opening for Afroman later this year. He’s been diving since he was 12, when he
would jump off his grandparents’ roof and into their pool. And his love for rock and all genres of music goes back just as far.
“I’ve been to death metal concerts and jazz shows,” said Saley, who can easily jam out to The Beatles one minute and thrash to Cannibal
Corpse the next. The diver shared what’s been on his rotation lately — a mix that explores multiple areas of rock ‘n’ roll.

“It’s a wild song, man. I like to listen to this music to get pumped up for the gym or even a meet.”

Zeppelin. I like all their bands separately, so together it’s a big plus.”
