As I scanned the pages of The Alligator on Monday, I was stunned by what I read in the article regarding the independent candidates running in this semester’s election. Does the Student Alliance truly believe the students are so incredibly dumb?
Sure, I know elections can get dirty, but to pose as independents in order to escape the negative image of your party? Really?
In case you haven’t noticed, students like me don’t like being lied to.
All we ask is for hard work and honest leadership — two things you have failed to display.
