This headline, "Bus customer demands refund for missed flight," makes it sound like the bus didn't get him there on time, in which case he would be right to demand a refund.
But HE canceled his flight because he felt sick, which may or may not have had anything to do with the flight.
Sorry, but this guy sounds like a miserable person trying to get sympathy for a situation that really shouldn't have been that big of a deal.
