I am writing to respond to Monday's column by Matthew Christ. I must be one of the crazies he railed about because I'm having trouble finding any merit or truth in what was written. Let me explain.

First, Mr. Christ, if you are going to attack Sarah Palin, find something she was wrong about. Why would the Democrats in Congress deny the existence of "death commissions" for weeks, only to later claim they've removed them from the bill? Apparently they were in there. You make a fine point about Medicare; it's a government-run program with trillions in unfunded liabilities. It's broken. Furthermore, using the figure of 45 million uninsured is a gross misrepresentation, as shown in the U.S. census, because it includes illegal aliens and those who choose not to purchase health insurance. Wake up, sir, and stop behaving like a drone armed with Statist talking points.
