In response to Tuesday's editorial
What concerns me is not the technology itself, but this growing concept that individuals don't own the data on their own storage devices.
They could have easily designed the Kindle to let you purchase and download the e-books, and after that immediately stop keeping track of the book because it's no longer their damn business.
They did not, and I'm glad to see Amazon.com getting bitten in the ass for it. I like Amazon.com, and I hope they learn from this.
