I do not understand how UF has an extraordinary main Web site, but our e-mail service is nothing short of rubbish.
There have been innumerable times that I have tried to go to my e-mail and could not access it.
Sometimes I need to open an attachment for a class, but WebMail is not working - what a surprise.
I ask for the talented men and women working in computing services and people in the Student Government on campus to address this issue, to learn from the masters: Gmail, Hotmail.
Thousands depend on this vital service to our education that seems to be ignored.
