Commission’s proposition doesn’t spell prohibition

The proposition concerning the limit of underage students in bars is a good thing in my opinion.

After all, what is the law for? It is already illegal to give alcohol to minors, and it is obvious that the bars and underage students are unable to police themselves.

If the city can no longer afford to pay for Party Patrol manpower, then a law that would allow the police to spend less is the next logical step.

I am only 20, but it seems ridiculous that anyone could be upset at the city's wishes to balance the budget.
