I understand that hazing is wrong and dangerous, but if everything was voluntary, can allegations still be considered hazing?

It seems most people who spoke to either Judicial Affairs or the police did not state that Tau Epsilon Phi was guilty of hazing. If the pledges did not feel threatened by the actions taking place, UF should not take action.

By removing another fraternity from UF, it almost discourages Greek life in general. Instead of focusing on brotherhood and unification, fraternities are forced to spend their time worrying about hazing policies.

Tau Epsilon Phi has been at UF for 83 years, and it would be absolutely ridiculous for a history of tradition to end like this.
