If Saturday's game against The Citadel is Tim Tebow's last time playing in The Swamp, he's not letting anybody know.

"I don't even think about it like that, man," said Tebow with a shocked look on his face when asked if he has thought about this being his last home game.

UF's junior quarterback could jump to the NFL after this year. When it comes to his professional prospects, there are mixed reviews. Several mock draft Web sites have him as high as a top-10 pick in the NFL Draft, while others have him out of the first round.

Then again, if you ask Tebow, he might not be going anywhere.

"The more I'm here," Tebow said, "the longer I want to stay here. I love being a Gator."

EVEN BETTER CHARLIE: While UF coach Urban Meyer said the departure of former defensive line coach and co-defensive coordinator Greg Mattison has not given Charlie Strong more freedom on calls, there's no doubt Strong is a big reason why the defense has progressed so much this year.

"Two years ago (with Mattison and Strong during the national championship year), there wasn't a question," Meyer said. "Last year, we were awful on defense because … we did a lot of things not up to par. When the team does well, it's because the players are mature and playing very well. When the team doesn't play well, they're immature, and maybe we have some personnel issues."

INJURY UPDATE: Meyer said redshirt sophomore offensive lineman Carl Johnson (sprained MCL) did not practice Tuesday, but Meyer expects him to practice today.
