Many people dislike politics because it sometimes seems that people choose to launch personal attacks on one another. It is a shame that politics are being treated the same way on the UF campus.

When I saw the cover of Tuesday's Alligator, I was in complete shock.

The article on the front page revealing Student Government e-mails was uncalled for, especially when voting began on the same day.

The e-mails that were sent to the Alligator anonymously were private; they should have been kept that way.

I think many readers, as much as they were interested in the information, had to wonder how this article could not be an invasion of privacy.

I understand there is an obvious competition between the Orange and Blue Party and the Gator Party, but there was no reason for this to happen. Campaigns should be led with positivity, not with the publishing of private e-mails.
