‘Crazy socialists’ trustworthy

In response to Chairman Bryan Griffin's red-baiting comment that he doesn't want any "crazy socialist hippies" to control UF's money: Those are just the kind of people I trust with my money. Just look at what the greedy, free-market-loving capitalists did with it on Wall Street.

Here at UF, those "crazy socialists" have the really crazy idea that UF should make its investments transparent so students can be sure their tuition money isn't going to fund a war.

I guess that whole idea about voters having a right to know doesn't sit well with the Gator Party - look what they did to keep the public from knowing about a certain Alligator front-page article.
