Booing opponents classless

In years gone by, Gator fans screamed "Gator Bait" in unison when the opposing team came out onto the field. It was a special and unique greeting for the invaders of Florida Field.

Now we hear "Boooo," which is childish and certainly not reflective of the caliber of The Gator Nation. It mimics supporters of other schools around the country and, even worse, high-school kids.

There is no other Swamp, so hopefully we will return to a special tradition that has gradually eroded.
