Andrew Fells' editorial was appalling, as was the decision to publish it. Poorly written and childish, there was no logical structure. It consisted simply of random rants and feelings.

When it does try to draw upon evidence, the article simply repeats false accusations and unsubstantiated assertions. To refute Fells' feeble claim that John McCain is stronger than Barack Obama on military matters, McCain voted no on the Health Care for Veterans Amendment, as well as no on an amendment that would have provided money for readjustment counseling, related mental health services and rehabilitative services for veterans with mental illness, post-traumatic stress disorder or substance abuse disorder.

As for his character, he left his first wife after she was hurt in a horrible car accident, and the Senate Ethics Committee found that McCain, one of the "Keating Five," exercised poor judgment during the Savings and Loan Crisis of the 1980s. Check your facts, Andrew Fells.
