Those still hoping to attend former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright's Wednesday speech are out of luck.

The 200 advance tickets to the free event were claimed by Monday morning, ensuring a full house at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Pugh Hall Ocora Room, said Graham Center for Public Service Assistant Director Michael Bowen.

Albright will speak free of charge to UF, Bowen said. Albright and former U.S. Sen. Bob Graham, the namesake of the Graham Center who invited Albright to speak, have been friends since working together in Washington, D.C.

Following membership in former President Bill Clinton's Cabinet and serving as the U.S. Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Albright became the first female U.S. Secretary of State in 1997. She is now chairwoman of the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs.
